Description

As a printed circuit board assembler, you will work on high-quality printed circuit boards and electronic components vital for sectors such as semiconductors, medical equipment, defense technology, and automotive. You ensure that every component meets strict quality and precision standards. With your technical insight, you make sure circuit boards are assembled and checked to perfection.

A typical day starts by reviewing work instructions, after which you tape off circuit boards, pre-assemble components, and place them precisely. You inspect machine-soldered joints, carry out manual finishing and soldering, often using a microscope. You'll use high-tech tools and fine mechanical aids. Your day involves focused work and delivering precision in a team of experienced technicians.

Requirements

  • Own housing is strongly preferred 
  • At least 1 to 2 years of demonstrable experience in soldering and electronics
  • Experience reading work instructions (in Dutch or English)
  • Knowledge of electronic components
  • Very accurate, able to work with focus, and have good fine motor skills
  • Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
  • Affinity with high-tech and precision work
  • Team player with a keen eye for quality and detail

Our offer

  • Competitive salary of €2,980 gross per month
  • Pension Plus scheme from your first day
  • Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer (from 10 to 40 km one way)
  • 27 vacation days and 13 ATV days (or supplement)
