Description

As an operator in the production department, you will work across various sections handling tasks such as mixing, filling, inoculating, and delivering raw materials for a wide range of uses. Your responsibilities include taking samples, conducting measurements, performing maintenance, and ensuring a clean and hygienic workspace. Attention to hygiene and accuracy are essential in this role.
On a typical day, you’ll independently carry out production tasks, monitor processes, and identify any irregularities. You’ll switch between different duties and keep a clear overview at all times. The shift system includes early, late, and night shifts, with occasional weekend shifts. Working part-time (32 hours) is also an option.

Requirements

  • Experience in a production environment is an advantage
  • Willingness to follow internal training
  • Technical insight and affinity
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility
  • Flexible and solution-oriented mindset
  • English required; Dutch is a plus
  • Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
