Description

As a production department operator, you play an important role in various production teams. Your main tasks include preparing mixtures, filling, inoculating, and delivering raw materials. You also take samples, perform maintenance, and, together with your colleagues, handle cleaning tasks, measurements, and quality controls. Working hygienically is essential.
On a typical workday, you start up production, set machines, and monitor operations. You perform quality and safety checks and quickly identify problems. You switch between different tasks and keep an overview in a clean production environment. You work in a fixed shift schedule with early, late, and night shifts. Occasionally, you work on weekends. Part-time work from 32 hours is possible.

Requirements

• Experience in a production environment is a plus
• Willingness to follow internal training
• Technical insight
• Ability to work independently and with a sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Dutch or English
• In possession of a forklift certificate or willing to obtain one
