Description

As a production department operator, you will be involved in various processes such as mixing, filling, inoculating, and delivering raw materials. You work accurately and ensure everything runs hygienically. You will take samples, perform measurements and checks, and help with machine maintenance. Cleaning and reporting are also part of your responsibilities.
You work in a fixed shift system with early, late, and night shifts, rotated over an 8-week schedule. Some weekend shifts are included. Your day starts with a handover, after which you independently tackle your tasks. During your shift, you regularly consult with colleagues to discuss progress and address any issues. Flexibility is important, as you may need to respond quickly to technical malfunctions.

Requirements

You have a technical mindset
You can work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility
You are flexible and solution-oriented
You speak Dutch or English
You are willing to follow internal training
Experience in a production environment is a plus
Forklift certificate (or willing to obtain one)
