Description

As a production department operator, you will play a key role in several production teams. Your main tasks include preparing mixtures, filling, inoculating, and delivering raw materials. You will also take samples, perform maintenance, and participate in cleaning, measurements, and quality controls. Hygiene is essential to meet high standards.
A typical day involves starting up production, setting up and monitoring machines, performing quality and safety checks, and quickly identifying and reporting any issues. You will switch between different tasks and maintain oversight in a clean production environment. You will work in a fixed shift pattern with early, late, and night shifts. Occasional weekend shifts are part of the schedule. Working part-time, starting from 32 hours, can also be discussed.

Requirements

Experience in a production environment (preferred)
Willingness to follow in-house training
Good technical insight
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Flexibility and problem-solving ability
Fluency in Dutch or English
Forklift certificate (or willing to obtain one)
