Description
As a production employee in Heerewaarden, you work on processing and packaging raw materials. You fill bags, place them in carts, and ensure everything is ready for the next production steps. You also help with other tasks if a production line temporarily stops. You’ll work closely with colleagues and always keep your workplace clean and safe.
On a typical workday, you start by filling 2.5 kg bags. You move these bags, place them in carts, and efficiently fill each cart with 84 to 98 bags. You may also handle logistics tasks or help in another production hall when needed. You keep an overview and work with your team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Your first week is in the day shift so you can get familiar with the work and your colleagues. After that, you’ll work in a two-shift system: morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00, and afternoon/evening shift from 14:00 to 22:00. Ready to roll up your sleeves and join a dedicated team? Requirements
- You are motivated and willing to roll up your sleeves
- You work accurately and safely
- You can handle physical work (lifting bags of 2.5 kg)
- You can collaborate well with others
- You are flexible with changing tasks
- You are willing to work in a two-shift system
- You speak Polish or English
- Experience in a production environment is a plus, but motivation is the most important
Our offer
