Description
As a production employee in pre-assembly, you play a crucial role in manufacturing custom wooden frames, windows, and doors. You work with various woodworking machines, such as saws, milling machines, and CNC equipment. You're responsible for both pre- and final assembly, sanding and finishing wooden products, and checking dimensions and quality. You actively contribute to a safe and clean work environment and collaborate with colleagues to complete each project to perfection.
A typical workday involves setting up and operating machines, reading technical drawings, and performing precision work on wooden components. You start by inspecting materials, carry out various operations, and make sure each product meets the required standards. You work with skilled colleagues, coordinate progress, and tackle challenges as they come. Thanks to your commitment and attention to detail, you play a vital part in delivering excellent results.

Requirements
Minimum B1 level English
Able to read technical drawings
Handy with tools and woodworking machines
Experience in woodworking and/or machine carpentry (1 to 5 years)
Experience with, or willingness to learn, CNC and automated machinery
Accurate and quality-focused
Proactive attitude
Team player with an open, collaborative mindset
Passion for working with wood and craftsmanship
Our offer
Gross hourly wage from €15.61 to €18.33, depending on experience
40-hour workweek
