Description
As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the optimal progress of the production process within the food industry. You manage a daily team of operators and production staff, ensuring efficient organization and workflow. You pay close attention to quality, innovation, and cost reduction, and you maintain all quality and safety regulations.
On a typical day, you optimize production processes, coach employees, and participate in improvement projects. You handle onboarding for new colleagues, lead team meetings and performance reviews, and supervise food safety. Identifying and solving bottlenecks and achieving production targets are part of your daily routine. You work in two shifts: from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Requirements
- Minimum MBO level 4 working and/or thinking level
- Relevant leadership experience in production (at least 2 years, preferably 5 years)
- Good command of Dutch and/or English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GMP, Health & Safety, Lean or 5S
- Leadership skills: motivating, coaching, and managing teams
- Problem-solving skills and stress resistance
- Good communication skills
- Experience with production automation and workforce planning
- Experience with reporting via ERP systems
- Awareness of safety and quality
Our offer
- Gross hourly wage from €20.09 (depending on experience)
- Weekly salary between €800 and €1100
- 40 to 60 hours per week, stable working hours guaranteed
