Description

As a production worker, you work together with colleagues to produce quality doors for Dutch housing projects. Depending on your experience and interests, you will join the machine woodworking, CNC, paint shop, assembly, or warehouse department. You deliver skilled work and help maintain high quality standards.
On a typical workday, you process and assemble wooden doors and parts, operate machines and production lines, and read technical drawings or work instructions. You perform quality checks, handle materials, and keep your workspace tidy and safe. You work independently and as part of a close-knit team to ensure a smooth production process.

Requirements

• Technical insight and accuracy
• Ability to read technical drawings or willingness to learn
• Motivated and hands-on attitude
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
• Quality and safety conscious
• Experience in production is a plus, but not required

Our offer

• Gross hourly wage between €14.99 and €17.25 (depending on experience)
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:45
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• 43 days off per year (24 vacation days and 19 reduction of working hours days)
