As a production worker, you will join an innovative door factory where you help create high-quality products for the housing sector. Depending on your experience and interests, you will work in one of several departments: machine woodworking, CNC, paint shop, assembly, or warehouse. Together, we will determine where your skills fit best.

A typical workday involves processing and assembling wooden doors and components, operating machines, reading technical drawings, conducting quality checks, and handling materials. You follow clear work instructions and, together with your colleagues, maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace. Teamwork, precision, and attention to quality are central to this role.

Requirements

• Technical insight and attention to detail
• Motivation to learn and take initiative
• Ability to read technical drawings (or willing to learn)
• Team player but also able to work independently
• Proficiency in the Dutch language
• Eye for quality and safe working practices
• Experience in a production environment is a plus, not required

Our offer

• Gross hourly wage between €14.99 and €17.25, depending on experience
• Full-time workweek of 40 hours
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:45
• 8.33% holiday pay
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• 43 days off per year (24 vacation days, 19 ATV days)
