About the job and the company
You will be working for an international specialist in the production of hollow plastic products, including tanks, containers, and custom made solutions. The production facility covers a large site with multiple machines dedicated to rotational molding processes.
The working environment is hands on, technical, and collaborative with a small team. Colleagues are practical, supportive, and focused on quality, efficiency, and teamwork. The company is known for technical expertise, durable products, and a friendly, down to earth working atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines such as ovens and molding equipment.
- Perform post processing work including trimming edges with a knife.
- Assemble components such as wheels for plastic bins.
- Use simple tools such as knives, drills, and gas burners safely and effectively.
- Secure products with wooden plates for proper drying.
- Conduct quality checks on all finished items.
- Add finishing materials such as ropes on certain products.
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere in a small and friendly team.
Candidate Profile
- Practical, reliable, and motivated.
- Comfortable using simple hand tools.
- Able to lift items up to 20 kg.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Works safely and according to procedures.
- English level B1 or higher.
- Willing to work in a two shift system.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work independently when needed.
- Full time availability (40 hours per week).
- Relevant experience required.

- Contract type: Fase A
- Hourly gross salary:
Dayshift: €15.01 + €0.78 ATV
2-shift system: €17.68 (12% allowance) - Workhours: Monday – Friday
Day shift: 08:00–15:45
Shift 1: 07:00–14:45
Shift 2: 15:45–00:30 - Transport: (E-)bike or car
- Workplace: Indoor production facility with normal temperature and typical material smell
- Work clothes: Safety shoes can be provided for a fee
