Description
In this role as a production worker for plastic products, you’ll be responsible for operating various machines and performing finishing work on plastic products. You’ll handle ovens, casting equipment, and simple hand tools to create high-quality items like tanks, containers, and custom-made solutions. Safety and quality are top priorities in your daily tasks.
A typical workday involves setting up and operating production machines, performing quality checks on manufactured goods, and carrying out finishing tasks such as trimming edges and assembling parts. You’ll work closely with your colleagues and help maintain a positive and friendly team atmosphere. The work is physically light, but you should be able to lift items up to 20 kg.

The organization has an extensive production facility with multiple rotational molding machines and a close-knit, friendly team. Requirements
Practical and reliable mindset
Good with basic hand tools (knife, drill, gas torch)
Physically able to lift items up to 20 kg
Accurate and detail-oriented
Works safely and follows procedures
English at minimum B1 level
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
Team player with strong communication skills
Able to work independently when needed
Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
Relevant work experience required
Our offer
Gross hourly wage day shift: €15.01 + €0.78 ATV
Gross hourly wage 2-shift: €17.68 (including 12% allowance)
Stable working hours: Monday through Friday, fixed shift times
Light physical workload
Travel by (e-)bike or car possible
