Description

As a production worker in the MBE department of a recycling company, you’ll be sorting various materials such as metals, electronics, and plastics, making sure the recycling process runs efficiently and safely. You’ll play a hands-on role in creating a cleaner environment by carefully sorting and separating waste streams.
On a typical day, you’ll work at a conveyor belt, filtering out materials that are not allowed in the processing system, like batteries or plastics. You’ll strictly follow safety protocols, work closely with your colleagues, and help keep the workspace tidy. The work is physically demanding, but you’ll receive solid support and clear procedures.

Requirements

  • English at minimum B1 level
  • Motivation and availability for long-term employment
  • Physically fit, capable of handling heavy and repetitive work
  • Reliable, consistent, and accurate in carrying out tasks
  • Experience in production or recycling is a plus, but not required
  • Technical skills are not required, but are an advantage

  • Gross hourly wage of €16.06 (including shift allowance: 2 shifts 117.19%; 3 shifts 125.52%)
