Description

As an SMD Operator, you are responsible for placing SMD components on circuit boards using an SMMA machine. You ensure the production line runs smoothly, make machine adjustments when needed, and check the completed orders. If you lack experience, don’t worry: you will receive thorough in-house training to become an independent SMD Operator.

On a typical day, you’ll start by preparing the machines. You load and unload feeders, apply solder paste, and make sure the production process runs efficiently. You coordinate processes, spot and solve issues together with your colleagues, and teamwork is central to your role. Flexibility with working hours is important, since you’ll work in a 2-shift system, and if things get busy, in a 3-shift system.

Requirements

• You work accurately and have an eye for detail
• You are a real team player
• You are flexible with working hours
• You speak English and/or Dutch
• Experience as a machine operator is a plus, but not required
• You have an interest in technology and process-driven work

Our offer

• Permanent gross monthly salary from €3574 (including 15% shift allowance)
• In 3-shift system about €3760 (including 21% allowance)
• 8% vacation allowance
• 27 vacation days and 13 additional days (or extra pay)
• Travel allowance from 10 km one-way (€0.19/km)
