Description

In this role as a technical production worker, you will be involved in processing and finishing high-quality natural stone and composite products, such as marble bathrooms, granite pool edges, kitchen countertops, and facade cladding. You will work in a modern production environment that values quality and craftsmanship. Together with a team of experienced professionals, you deliver bespoke solutions for both private and business clients, in the Netherlands and abroad.
An average workday consists of polishing countertops and checking products before they leave the factory. You use hand tools and read simple technical drawings to achieve the best results. In addition, you help maintain a clean and safe workplace and regularly consult with your colleagues in the production department to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Requirements

English at minimum B1 level
Ability to read 2D drawings
Skilled with tools and equipment
Technical and spatial insight
Accurate and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Full-time availability and willingness to work overtime occasionally
Experience with natural stone is a plus but not required
Good organizational skills and basic administration
Physically able to manually lift and move materials
Reliable and punctual

Gross hourly wage from €15.17 + €0.31 ATV (after 3 months €15.67 + €0.31)
Guaranteed stable working hours
Monday to Thursday 07:15–15:45, Friday 07:15–14:30, Saturday 07:15–11:00 (occasionally from 06:00)
