In this role, you play an important part in finishing high-quality products made from natural stone and composite. You polish, inspect, and work together with colleagues to deliver a flawless end result. You work from technical drawings and use hand tools to create custom products for both private and business clients.
A typical workday starts early in the modern production hall in Tilburg. You begin by reviewing the schedule, then work on processing and finishing countertops, floors, or façade panels. You pay close attention to details, perform final checks, and keep your workspace clean and safe. You often consult with colleagues to achieve the best results together.

Requirements

English at least B1 level
Ability to read 2D technical drawings
Skilled with tools and equipment
Technical and spatial insight
Accurate work and attention to detail
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Full-time availability and willingness to work overtime
Experience with natural stone is a plus, not required
Good organizational skills and basic administration
Physically able to lift and move materials
Reliable and punctual

Our offer

Gross hourly wage: €15.17 + €0.31 ATV (after 3 months: €15.67 + €0.31)
Contract type: Phase A
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:15–15:45; Friday 07:15–14:30; occasional Saturday 07:15–11:00
Stable working hours and guaranteed shifts (average 46.5 hours per week)
E-bike for commuting (max. 10 km)
Work in a modern production hall with normal temperature
Standard single room for accommodation
Safety shoes can be provided for a fee
Development opportunities through on-the-job training
