Description

As a Technical Recruiter, you serve as the connection between technical talent and suitable job openings. You are responsible for recruiting new employees for open technical positions. You use modern tools and channels to find candidates, conduct interviews, and select the best matches. You act as an ambassador for the organization and ensure you fully understand the job content and client needs.
On a typical day, you start by screening incoming resumes and conducting selection interviews with candidates. You occasionally visit clients to get a clear picture of the workplace, gather visual materials, and coordinate with the account manager. You manage recruitment campaigns on social media, handle administration in the ATS, and ensure all records are accurate. You report your results to the manager every week. For this role, you need to be willing to travel to the offices in Eindhoven and Uden, as well as to various client locations to observe work activities and gather information.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of technical roles and the ability to ask targeted questions
  • Administratively strong, structured, and accurate
  • Team player and good communicator
  • Curious and proactive attitude
  • Experience with recruitment and familiarity with staffing processes
  • Computer savvy, experienced with MS Office
  • Experience with RecruitNow is a plus
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language (C1 level)
  • Knowledge of basic laws and regulations is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to the offices in Eindhoven, Uden, and client locations as needed
