Description

As a Transmission and Engine Overhaul Mechanic, you will work daily on overhauling and maintaining transmissions and engines of luxury car brands. You use advanced tools and diagnostic equipment to bring both conventional and modern systems to peak condition. Quality and craftsmanship are always your top priorities.
A typical workday starts with assessing incoming transmissions or engines from exclusive vehicles. You disassemble, inspect, clean, and overhaul components, using Sonnax tools, the Hydra test bench, and CNC-controlled machines. As a technical specialist, you diagnose complex faults, program control units, and regularly work on hybrid systems of luxury brands. You collaborate with your colleagues to ensure smooth processes and satisfied customers.

Requirements

Completed technical education in automotive engineering or mechanical engineeringProven experience in overhauling transmissions and/or engines (at least 2 years, preferably more)Experience or affinity with luxury car brandsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with diagnostic equipment and hybrid systems is a plusInitiative and quality-focused approachGood command of Dutch or English
