Description
In this role, you will work as a welder and assembler of steel structures for a variety of projects. You will use technical drawings to accurately assemble and weld structural elements. High-quality MIG/MAG welding (Process 135) is your specialty, and you have experience with different steel profiles such as beams, tubes, and plates.
On an average workday, you’ll read technical drawings, mark out and carefully assemble components, and carry out welding tasks. You’ll check the quality of your work, operate workshop tools such as overhead cranes and forklifts, and collaborate with other welders on complex projects. Safety and quality always come first.

About the client
You’ll work for a Dutch family business specializing in the production and assembly of custom steel structures. Since 2003, they have supplied various sectors, including utility construction, agricultural buildings, and equestrian facilities. Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience with MIG/MAG welding (Process 135)
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with assembly work in addition to welding
- English at minimum B1 level (speaking)
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and safety
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Precise, team-oriented, quality-driven, and safety-aware
- Preferably in possession of a category B driver’s license
- Preferably in possession of a VCA and forklift certificate, or willing to obtain these soon
Our offer
- Gross hourly wage €16.69 + 5.24% ATV allowance (approximately €600 – €630 per week)
- Once you can work independently, you’ll receive a pay raise
- Full-time workweek of 46.25 hours, with set hours (Mon–Fri 06:45–17:00)
- Overtime available on Saturdays
- Stable working hours guaranteed
- Each employee receives a single room as standard
