About the Role

As a Welder / Steel Fabricator, you join a dedicated production team that builds structural steel components for a variety of industries — from commercial buildings to agricultural and equestrian facilities.
You work in a professional, well‑organized workshop where teamwork, precision, and quality are central. If you enjoy technical challenges, welding, assembly, and creating something tangible every day, this role will fit you perfectly.
Your Responsibilities
- Assembling and welding steel components according to technical drawings.
- Performing MIG/MAG welding (Process 135) on structural steel.
- Working with beams, tubes, plates, and welded profiles.
- Fitting and aligning parts before welding.
- Performing quality checks and following safety standards.
- Operating workshop equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Collaborating with fellow welders on complex assemblies.
What You Bring
- English level B1 or higher.
- Valid driving license.
- Minimum 1.5 years of MIG/MAG (135) welding experience.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Experience in assembly work (not only welding).
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- €16.69 gross per hour + 5.24% ATV allowance (approx. €600 net/week).
- Full‑time schedule: 46.25 hours/week.
- Shift: Mon–Fri, 06:45–17:00 (Saturday overtime possible).
- Heavy work (free fitness included!).
- Work shoes available (€30).
- Transport by bicycle (up to 15 km) or car.
- Indoor workshop at normal temperature.
